What a craptastic day. I went way off track today. it all started with me not eating a real breakfast. I freaking know better than to do this. then I was really busy at work. which is great. made the day go by. faster but I didn't drink enough water because I was too busy. lunch was healthy. but I had a Three musketeers bar, a bag of milk, chocolate m&M's, and a bag of peanut m&M's. I mean really what is wrong with me. I also cussed out the guy at Domino's when I went to pick up the kids pizza. I don't do things like that. just had a really really rough day. I'd like to say it was a not me day but I can't really say that in truth. besides the cussing out the Domino's guy which is not normally me, everything else is right on track. I don't understand why I do this to myself. it doesn't make me feel better, not even temporarily. All it does is makes me feel like crap for the next few days. this is why this has been a lifelong journey for me. lose 70 lb. gain 30 back. lose 50 lb. gain 20 back. if I could unravel my need to eat and my stress levels I would be fine. I just can't seem to do it. I've been to therapist after therapist and they are as much a temporary fix as a fad diet. back on track tomorrow. have to find time to work out and I don't know where I'm going to find it. Even if I find the time I have to find the energy and lately that has been non-existent. had a lady tell me about a doctor who's doing a study on insulin resistance that I might qualify for. I think I'm going to check in to talking to her. Right after I called Domino's corporate.

I'm tired, stressed and tired. I've been trying to use my CPAP for better sleep but keep waking up with air leaking and not being able to get it to stop. I don't know how to exercise when I'm constantly exhausted. Things that normally bring me joy just aren't doing it anymore. I have no friends to hang out with and my husband doesn't take my concerns seriously. FML but I've been eating well for 3 days. I'll keep on keeping on and see where I go from here.
