reporting a win: today i ate intuitively (though trying to eat less) without tracking anything until the end of the day. amazingly I finished with 10 calories below my goal and almost 40% protein. I've been feeling fluffy lately since I've had trouble adjusting my diet to a new daily routine over the past month but i may finally be able to break the streak. i don't want to have to weigh all my food, it's annoying. if i ate intuitively every day and stayed skinny in the past, i can do it again. i am still afraid to get on the scale but maybe in a few days I'll feel better.

today is going great so far. started with a black coffee with cinnamon, went for a 1hr walk and had my 1st meal at 12pm. i prefer skipping breakfast and having a larger lunch + dinner. it satiates me more!

lunch went slightly over since i didn't count the calories beforehand. i made a big soup and estimated the calories in my portion. the extra calories came from oat milk and crackers, which i added because the soup was way too spicy.

choco-lover here! i want to try to make this my daily breakfast so consistency is easier. ~300 calories and ~25g protein. btw i use stevia for 0 calorie sweetening

forgot to take pictures the rest of the day but i finished with 1466 calories. maybe i will weigh in tomorrow.
