OK here I am again! I am going to do this again, and stick with it! This time me and a close friend are fighting thie weight loss battle together. WE CAN do this! Not sure what my goal is but I do know I have alot of weight to lose, baby steps, and pound by pound to lose.I will get there!

YEP! I failed last week. I let myself get into a funk! I did not do any exercise, I did try to watch what I ate, but did not FOCUS to hard. This week I am back on the wagon!

well I hope this weeks weigh in is good! last night I went to my first ZUMBA class.....LET met tell you, it kicked my butt! I did enjoy it and I want to do more. the hardest part of zumba I felt was keeping up with the instructor, and the others that have done it before, and who do not have two left feet!
