Pretty sure my "fast" ends today, maybe soon. It has only been 26 hours, and I might eat after another couple of hours.
I am heating up some broth (total 30 calories) right now. I will see what happens after this.

Around 6 hours since my last meal, feeling some hunger. This is kind of new for me, recently; ever since I shifted to keto my hunger has been fairly unnoticeable.
Two guesses on why I am feeling the hunger now.
a) eating is taboo on a fast and this is a mental reaction to food restriction.
b) my last fast cleared out some metabolic issue that was blocking my hunger to some degree.
Going to have my supplements and see what happens.

Its been a week since my 4-day fast ended. I am going to start another fast...modified.
My plan is to keep my last meal as of Tuesday midnight. No more protein or carbs, but as much fat and no-cal sweeteners/flavors as I need to curb hunger.
I'll see how it goes.

After my last meal Sunday night (midnight).

This is my second entry of it...when I tried to post a weighing from 3 hours later my first entry got erased :(
Not going to retype it all. Basically, BG was lower than expected after free eating of low-carb (but not quite keto) food for a few days, likely lasting effects from previous 4-day fast.
My weighing 3 hours later, after using the toilet and shower, was 0.8 lbs less indicating that the previous high variability was indeed due to food/residue weight and not accurate body weight. From this I am thinking that only after ~48 hours of fasting from solid food/fiber can I know the proper body weight.
