well. yeah.
i've been less consistent than i'd like. so what i'm doing now is only going for 2500 calories a day. it's a reasonable amount of food. and i'm excited to recharge myself and get my head back to where it was when i began my quest to lose weight.
me > food.
here we go again!

so.
tomorrow i weigh in again. frankly, i think i could be eating way, way better. i've been indulging a lot. yet, despite this, i actually feel thinner. i bought new pants - 54 inches in the waist. that and a decent score on the GRE put me in a pretty good mood.
120+ lbs to go. can't come soon enough.
also, if you're following, be sure to hold me to my new short term goal - losing 30lbs by the end of the year. i think i can do it. it'd be nice to go into the new year at 320 lbs.

holy toledo.
since joining and following my weight in earnest, i've dropped six pounds within a week. that's not even me trying. if you look at my diet calendar, i ate a ton. for god's sake, i had a candy bar yesterday.
so i mean, this pace doesn't feel too bad. do i keep at it? is it too fast? should i be eating more? suggestions are totally welcome.
