FEELING GOOD JUST STEPPED OFF THE TREADMILL. WAY UNDER CALORIES FOR THE DAY. SUGAR LOWER AND CARBS. PATTING MYSELF ON THE BACK. EVEN HUBBY ON THE TREADMILL. NOW OFF TO THE GOLF COURSE TO LET THE DOGS RUN.

Feeling good this morning legs not sore. I did a long cool down and took cold shower and it feels good. No extra sweets and it seems to be ok. I am looking forward to a cheat day on Monday(labor day) Not to much but maybe a 1/4 cup of mac and cheese. That will be the only starch I make the rest salsa ribs veggies and bought some chips for the family. We can do this. Have a great day.

Feeling good this morning. Worked out on treadmill yesterday for 25 mins. Work with personal trainer tonight on legs again. I did much better with the after pain this time as I was instructed to take a cold shower after the cool down session and I recovered much faster. But it wasn't pleasant I stayed in the spray for 8mins as recommended. Im not seeing much differance in weight lose yet. Will have some labs drawn to make sure thyroid is working properly. Blood sugar was much better this morning at 118 it had been running 140"s. I cut out alot of sugar when the carbs were cut back. I will perservere.

Arms are alittle sore this AM but I think I will be ok. When I get home from work will do the treadmill for 20-25 mins as they say any thing longer for cardio is just burning the muscle. I am doing intervals so it makes it interesting. I know in the end this will all pay off. Go team!!!

Totally bombed this weekend. Parents in town ate chinese buffet on Friday. Then had cuban on Saturday. And fell apart at work on Sunday night with rice crispy treats. And so it begins again today. Work out with Personal Trainer tonight at 5pm. He worked me good last thursday so hopefully we can get this going in the right direction. I did buy a treadmill for home and will start that on the days I dont go to the gym so rain can not be an excuse any more. Great deal 321$ for a gym quality machine. What do you think of the bow flex machines they have the weight machine for 325$ I will think about it so when membership over I can continue at home. Im really a home body.
