Ok, Back to taking care of me. I realy need a portion monitor. I know one of the good things about you on a diet is that you don't need to watch your portions. But I have been so depressed latley that I realy need a portion control because I am always hungry. I have gained 4 pounds. yikes! It is my portion I have been realy over eating.... So I need to limit my self to good wholsome food for breakfast, lunch, 1 snack and dinner. Yea yea I have had cookies cakes blah blah blah. I am starting to feel tired and old and I am only 30 I realy need to take care of myself or else I am not going to be able take care of my kids.
I also am going to get up at 7 and walk either outside or on my treadmill depending on the weather.

This IS NOT, I repeat IS NOT a new year's resolution. I want to be healthy. I get so tired taking care of the kids. My goal is to have the energy to take them to the park for longer than 5 minutes. I want to have a healthy body. I know one of my main problems is that I really like the taste of food. Especially sweets. So if I can get past the first 2 weeks and get rid of my cravings I am half way there I just need to keep it up.
Excersise is also a hurdle i need to get past. I don't like to be uncomfortable so I procrastinate. I need to make it a part of my life.
