Hmmmm.... well I have decided and am determined to lose weight this time. Having found this website I feel focused, so much so that I dreamt about dieting last night! (Oh dear!)
Well last night I thought the south beach diet sounded good with its phases and the initial fat flushing - yeah that was for me, sounded serious.
However, this morning, after having dreamt of the slimmer me, I woke up starving! (Helpful!)It's ok though I went shopping on Wednesday....but that was before I started the diet :(
'Don't panic' I thought, I will find a delicious breakfast recipe, So I looked up breakfast recipes and it seems that all I am aloud to eat is eggs - I don't like eggs! Oh and nuts and seeds - mmm yummy - not! Maybe I could have a nutty eggy bowl of vileness - I mean omelette. Possibly I should have read through the diet before selecting that one. Oops!
Ok so it seems that me on the south beach diet is not working (only 12 hours in) yes I probably would lose weight but is starvation really the best way to go?! So I have switched to good old weight watchers, where no food is a sin - love it!
For breakfast I’m going to have strawberries and try not to be tempted to cover them in chocolate!
