Thank you, everyone, for the support and encouragement! It means a lot to me. :-)
I spent part of the day getting food together for recipes, etc. I've found if I make certain that I have some on program foods and meals in the fridge I make better decisions.
Here is to a wonderful "on program" week to you all!! :-))

Yipee! I joined WW two weeks ago but couldn't weigh because of me medical test and then I had to work on my weigh-in day. Today I returned to me meeting with a 19.4 lb loss. It is a drop in the bucket for me but am I excited! Woo Hoo!!

Day 1 after the angiogram. The Cardiologist was looking at two suspect arteries Now, after the antiogram he says there is nothing wrong with my heart!!!!! I've had prayers said for me and was given a blessing before the test and here I am! Happy as can be!!
I couldn't go to WW today (have to rest a few days) but I know I've lost weight. I've been on plan and doing great! Now that I have momentum and know I really want to live a lot longer I'm not going off plan!!! Hope everyone is doing well. :-)

I officially joined WW today. Looks like I may be having some heart trouble. I'm going in for an angiogram next Friday. It is funny, but I have no qualms about being on program and sticking to it now. Seems I have experienced my Waterloo. I feel at peace and can't wait to get on with my life. :-)
