Alhamdulillah lama gak nimbang turun juga wkwkw.. Lemak perut udah 5..selama berbulan ni mengganti pola kali ni.. Banyakan obic n sesekali zumba setiap sore 1 jam ja.. Pagi2 sarapan oat n kacang juga apel n susu skim.. Sarapan mulai jam 9 ya.. Kl ud kelaparan Kadang2 jam 8 ud sarapan.. Nah siang ya aku makan bebas ttp ngurang minyak n tepung ya.. Mengurangi.. Bukan artinya gak sama sekali.. Yg penting berproses lah ya.. Heee.. Nah selesai olga sore aku minum susu n oat lagi sm kacang.. Malamnya jam 6 masi nemenkan makan ank2.. Masi makan bakso sesekali ya n makan p j lah yg pengen dimakan.. Intinya masih pilih yg kandungan proteinnya lumayan oke.. Hee.. Sekian lah.. Gak bisa cerita banyak kr gak nyangka di penghujungtahun sampai awal tahun gak peduli nimbang badan fokus sm nimbang makanan n olahraga aja kmren😅😅😅..
