I can't believe I have lost this much so far! I am happy for myself for once in a very long time I am doing this for me. I don't call it a diet just a life change. I don't eat anything with white flour or any sugars. I eat all the beef poultry and fish(no shellfish, very hard to do)and all the fresh fruits and vegies I want to eat. I eat Rice (wild, white and brown), and whole wheat or multigrain pastas. I can eat 100% corn tortillas and Whole wheat and multigrain Tortillas and breads. Lots of water and a couple of glasses a week of unsweet tea. I work all the time so I dont get to do much as far as excercise. By the time I get off and cook and clean and do laundry and 4 nights a week go back and close up it doesn't leave me much time. Hopefully that will change. Anyways I feel GREAT and I am happy. Thankyou Jesus!!!
