Finished the day at 2800 calories of healthy goodness. I am looking forward to ease down in my yoga practice and add weightlifting in order to tranform and create. It is always fun to be the artist. Have a great night everyone.

Daily self reminder:
Do what is working for you. There always will be a fad diet going on. Keto, raw food, vegan, low fat, zone.....and the list goes on. Believe in balance and your own inner teacher. Every body is different and is on a different path. You are on your path to greatness as you perceive it. At 120 pounds today. I promise myself and everyone here on fatsecret that I will be at least 117 by Saturday, March 10. I have no doubt about it. It will be a breeze.
I tried the 1700 calorie a day, but it seems my body loses weight better at a higher intake around 2000 calories a day.
