昨天晚上耐不住嘴饞,煎了一塊牛排吃了~滿足☺️
計畫晚餐不吃澱粉,一天熱量在1300卡,採少量多餐進食~不能讓自己處在太飢餓的狀態...........
前一晚就是太飢餓了,什麼烤雞、烤鴨、麻辣鍋通通都想吃😂
