I am feeling horrible!! Last week, I dieted like crazy. I thought I lost 9 pounds. Then I went to the doctor and I found out I lost only 2 pounds. Are those scales vastly different from each other. I defeated myself right then. I stopped dieting and documenting my food. Now, I feel really depressed because I don't know what's going on with my wieght! I have no faith that I can lose weight :( I gave up for a week and need help summing up the courage to want to log my food.

So yesterday and the day before I was too tired to exercise, because I am on a low calorie diet. But, I think I am recovering by drinking lots of water, eating small meals more often, swallowing nutrient pills, and icing my body after workouts. I believe it's important to feel good enough to workout to continue to burn calories, keep your body in shape, and tone your body. All in all, I am enjoying the results of a fitter body!

Wow, I lost too much weight. I lost 9 pound in a week. I'm not entirely sure what I lost, but it's not completely fat. Well, I shall just keep trodding along regardless. I am happy I am 141 pounds, but not completley satified. I really would like to hit my 130 pound milestone, but I am 11 pounds away from that!

Day 4. I am proud of the fact that I have gone past the 3 day barrier. Now I'm on my to the 30 day barrier, the known amount of days to establish a habit, of a healthly lifestyle. I'm exited that it's Friday. I need to go out and dress up to have a good time--with more fitted clothes than last week! I believe tomorrow is weight in day. I am nervous about the results. But, I know I just have to remember that whatever weight I am, I should always be proud that I am putting in the effort. With effort, I will sooner or later reap the benefits. Even if my weight does not go down, I know my clothes fit better and I have a toned and fitter body than before and I feel good about myself (not groggy and bloated). I'll admit I am sorta tired because I need to crash diet for track season. It's not healthy, but I have to. I have a college scholarship to depend on and visa versa. So, I'm not entirely energetic right now. But, hopefully, after I lose weight and then maintain it I can stabilize myself and gain my energy back. :)

Day 3!! Feelin' good! I heard my dad saying to my step-mom after he found out that she bought ice cream that's now sitting in the freezer, "You have ice cream? That's tempting Monique?" lol Not with fatsecret and it's supportive community it won't tempt me!!! I had a good day. I am still on track.
