teman teman, bb awal aku itu 55kg tb aku 155an (lupa hehe) aku tu buncit bgt 😭, aku udah workout hampir sebulan nih meski ada bolong sehari dua hari gitu, tapi bb aku ga turun samasekali. makan juga udah lumayan aku kurangin sihh, menurut teman teman, yg kurangnya kira kira apa ya? dan caranya supaya bb nya lebih cepat turun gimana? terimakasih ❤️
