setelah sempet merosot sampe 49.8 akhirnya balik lg.. weekend hajar jajanan kalori gede abis2an.. disyukuri aja semua makanan yg kita makan asal mindful ketika makan.. keep going and keep spirit
badan kita jg bukan manekin yg akan terus langsing atau gemuk.. jadi harus selalu dijaga asupan makanan dan olahraganya supaya bentuk badan bs stay ttep bagus 😊
