今天公休日有睡飽一點
終於胃不痛了
晚餐吃夜市火鍋,有吃一些豆腐
炸排骨酥,牛排,韓國雞蛋糕幾口
呵補碳補澱粉
66.6 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
