正在熬「冰糖紅棗枸杞木耳湯」和清蒸馬鈴薯(明天的早餐),繼上次熬的帶幾瓶回娘家被秒殺,這次我把泡軟的木耳用果汁機先打碎再加水煮,讓每一口都可以喝到滿滿木耳的膠質,別有風味😋MC期間喝,正好可以補氣養身(喝前再微波加溫)😘
