Staying the same but dropped my body fat % drastically! Thanks for the help guys I’m not doing less than 100g of carbs upped my protein and staying under 20g of fat
73.2 kg Lost so far: 23.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
