seminggu ini timbangan naik turun,trnyta udh d akumulasiin turun 9 ons.trnyata nimbang tiapa hri itu deg degan,alhamdulillah msh turun.total turun bb 4kg dlm wktu 33hri
50.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
