big weightloss this am....the last day or two...my weight stayed same or climbed a notch.....which can be frustrating for sure....! but the pay off came at last...now just 2 digits until i get to new milestone...i think i can i think i can! choo chooo!! hahaha

78.0 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
