Wow! Incredible to lose 1.4 lbs despite ToM coming up in a week and a half! I'll see next week what happens.
I can't help but reflect on all the extreme diets that are supposed to maintain health and weight (mostly vegan and keto/paleo/HFLC/no carb). I read websites about these diets because having to deal with hypertension, I am bound to be interested.
But I can't help thinking that eating well, cutting out junk and moving around a bit helps to promote health. I am not sure going into extremes works for most people. It's good that it works for some people, though. At the end of the day, doing what works for you is the right way.
