After a 3 day stint in hospital weighed my myself and put on 0.2kg, didn't expect to put on after hospital food, but hey ho, now today I weighed in and lost nearly 3kg in a few days, FS warnings about losing too much weight in a day, yeh ok, apart from an initial stall when I started didn't expect that much loss either, but I think the reason is because I have started a new course of water tablets to reduce swelling in my legs and feet, so it must be lots fluid that is going showing as a weight loss, at which i'm concerned about, so back off FS, i'm happy.

water weight moves around a lot - as long as you're happy that's the main thing
