So i had to get up to come to work today. Still sick. Stayed in bed for the last three days for the most part. Not eating like I usually do So I decided to weigh in wasn't expecting this but hey, I'm under 200!

Sad thing is I made dinner for the family last night and didn't eat it because it had cheese in it(fighting a cold and mean cough.)
90.3 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
