My hands are swollen so I know its water weight, but I still hate to see the increase. Something has to change.
101.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

i feel ya.. i ran out of my water pills and went up 6 pounds. got them sunday and I went back down but the scale goung up freaks me out horribly!! water or not!
