Timbangan Akhir minggu ke-18 IF + Ketogenic: Temporary Target Achieved yeay..musti upgrade target sepertinya saya..11.2 kg to go..; Gula okelah walaupun sedikit diatas manual keto; asam urat slightly up hehehe mudah2han fluktuasinya dibatas atas ini aja..(7-8)...
