The hardest thing is eating 1200 before was easy all carbs now I’m lucky if I get 800 and I’m not hungry which is wonderful still not exercising but I get a lot of walking in at are job sight and construction seems like a workout to me

Good drop going on there. I have encountered the same thing. Not that long ago 3000-4000 cal days were nothing, but now it is a challenge to consume 900ish on most days. In my head its the difference between consuming what the body needs (which is different from person to person) and what the mind wants. Keep it rolling, you are doing outstanding and gots this!
