Foodwise I am doing good except on Sunday I had crumbed chicken strips with parmesan and chips. lots of rum at the rum festival.
I'm eating allright it's been busy so I havent logged. Will be more disciplined in that
Water intake is good. minimum required but I could do better.
painwise- stiff from yoga (good pain)
buttsore because I was at clients yesterday and today and I sat in traffic for long.
Buuuuut look I'm down 800gms -sneak weight peek.... let's hope it's a trend.
