Wow went over my carbs and calories and lost a full pound! I was really active yesterday though and most my carbs were veggies I had Chicken, Steak and Shrimp Fajitas, without the tortillas, for lunch. Then I went to Subway and had the Italian BMT sandwich made into a spinach salad with vinegar and oil and mayo for dressing.
132.2 kg Lost so far: 11.6 kg.    Still to go: 41.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
