I have such cabin fever!!! We got so much snow!! We were snowed in yesterday and today! I am so bored! And so is everyone else. We have played games and movies and we are sick of each other. We need to go outside. I can not wait until spring!!!

Then maybe I will get my motivation back. I have been so bad for 2 months now and the weight just goes up and down up and down by a couple of pounds!!! I don't know what has changed but I have been going back to my old ways. And I've caught myself eating so much that it makes me so about sick. I can't eat as much as I use to which I am happy about but I have moments now when I think that I can sit there and eat something until it is all gone and then I am so full that it makes me sick to my stomach!

This past week I would do so well all day long and then find myself eating a snack after dinner when I am already full. I need to quit sabbataging myself!!
90.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Did you see biggest loser last week? One of the trainer tips was that the contestants have a "cheat day" the day after weigh in to trick their body into firing back up their metabolism and indulging their cravings also. Maybe instead of having little cheats all week, it would help if you allowed yourself one day each week for your cheat day. Good luck either way!

That's why I don't use any of my weight watchers bonus points during the week. I wait until the day after weigh in and use them then. Seems to do the trick.
