My skinny sloppy joes went over really well yesterday. It's 461 cals for 4ozs filling on 2 slices 35 cal bread with a 40cal slice of cheese.
RECIPE for those who want to try it:
INGS:
1lb ground turkey or chicken (i used 85/15, but u can use leaner for less cals)
1red bell pepper, diced
1c chopped mushrooms
1med onion, chopped
1can manwich BOLD sloppy joe sauce

Just cook veggies in with turkey until meat is cooked and veggies are tender (i use the cover for my my skillet to use steam to help speed up the veggie cooking process); drain in colander, return to pan and add the sloppy joe sauce and you are done.

The recipe took me about 1/2 hour or so to make, hardly that even.
