📌低碳生酮178天~65.7(-14.2)
MC 第四天。昨天肚子運動有差喔!
今天小1公分😆中餐吃自助餐
因為昨天吃了兩樣肉類
所以這餐沒吃肉。四樣菜一顆蛋
晚上也要早一點吃,才不會胖。
65.7 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
