31 percent I did below minimal workout yesterday. For now on work on at least doing 15 min per day. Also I didn't eat very well but today is a new day to start over and get back on track :) Let's do this!!!
59.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
