Not happy with the gain but I know what, and when, I ate and what extra exercising I did so not surprised by the gain. This next week I will eat more vegetables to fill up on instead of candy. At least the last half of this past week I drank 50-60 ounces of water. That was a good goal!
64.1 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
