Alhamdulillah masih dikasih turun 2 ons...padahal selama minggu pertama puasa tiap hari nyemil risol, martabak, kue2 artis...minumnya es kepal, soda...tobaattt tobatttt. Lost 14.2 kgs within 11 weeks, so far~💪
79.7 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
