間歇性斷食執行一星期,執行方式為19/5周末會休息正常吃。
第一個星期基本上是適應期,很痛苦。而且周末的休息日還讓體重反彈,應該是身體以為自己面臨饑荒,儲存不少體脂。
這星期就輕鬆多了,而且體重也恢復之前的狀態,再來就看看周末休息日會不會反彈過多,再做調整。

妳不孤單 我實行16/8一個月了 停滯兩個月的體脂終於打破開始往下1%多 一起加油:)
