The first 5 pounds drops pretty quick, then it's nothing but a struggle until I get fed up and say forget it. I've been doing FS for a month now and I'm not giving up! I'll have to figure out the calorie and macro ranges that work for me and admit I'm not as active as I like to pretend, even though I work long hours, I'm not active enough in my off time. Work is mentally draining and requires some down time. So for now, move more, cheat less. Wt flux is the worst. I'm not posting all the ups and downs. It's depressing. So ready to say goodbye to the 180s. Thanks to everyone for the motivation in all your posts and best wishes.
