9st 11 (half on at WW) Didn't want to weigh in this morn as I kinda felt it wouldn't be good news, but I thought denial leads to the slippery slope, and before you know it you're right back (or worse!) than when you started, so I made myself do it. Have been over indulging and not exercising as I don't want to overdo it when I already get so tired. But I haven't made the best choices, and I've been slipping when it comes to counteracting a heavy dinner with a light lunch - eg yesterday I went for lunch and had a slice of cake even tho I knew I was going out for curry in eve. And had some Haribo jelly babies (yum!) tho at least I made the concession of buying the Family Mix bag and taking all the babies, rather than buying the Jelly babies bag and scoffing the lot! This week I should be able to ease back into some more activity, walking & swimming for sure, so that will help a bit, and with my mood too, I'm hoping!
62.1 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
