totally pigged out this weekend at the in-laws. there was no healthy food choices and I dont like to make my diet a spectacle. despite the sabo i didnt gain any weight! my exercise and macro count pre weekend saved me. so happy the scale didnt jump, now to get back on my b.s.. one thing, my plank time is up to 40 s. a week ago when i started planning, 30s was killing me so I'm happy!
