Thanks. I am trying. It just is frustrating when, next day, the weight comes right back. I am sure it is just water weight accumulation, but I still roll my eyes, exasperated. :-)

I hear you, brother. We're all right there with you. I am in the middle of one of those shit bounces right now. Hoping for better news from my scale in the morning. Regardless, though, this shit happens every single cut for every single person. Scale losses are never linear. Which leaves us with.... Let's go! #fcukscaleangst #getserious #mindset #grindtime

Yep, my weight went down 2.5 lbs. in just one day!? Weird. Oh, well, in a good way weird.
