Well I'm showing a loss after a few weeks of stalling, reduced my RDI down to 1600 cals and sticking to it pretty well, got up this morning and I weighed the same as the last weigh in, after my breakfast and doing my ablutions weighed myself again and lo and behold show a loss of 0.6kg, happy, weighing in with that as it's started to go the right way at last.
Weighing in every three days or so to try and keep a consistent graph reading as weighing every day is de moralizing and once a week seems too long, but this works for me.
