昨天上午防彈咖啡
午餐自己帶便當+同事分享的馬鈴薯沙拉
下午水煮蛋
晚餐跟高中同學聚餐-藝奇,唯一的地雷就是芒果奶酪及牛肉斧飯(1/2)
回家後跟婆婆分享了半個潤餅(不吃皮)
總之昨天應該是碳粉、蛋白質都爆量
週六又有一攤飯局(婆婆生日聚餐)
