昨天上午防彈咖啡 午餐自己帶便當+同事分享的馬鈴薯沙拉 下午水煮蛋 晚餐跟高中同學聚餐-藝奇,唯一的地雷就是芒果奶酪及牛肉斧飯(1/2) 回家後跟婆婆分享了半個潤餅(不吃皮) 總之昨天應該是碳粉、蛋白質都爆量 週六又有一攤飯局(婆婆生日聚餐) 體重65.1 體脂肪32.8 內臟脂肪6 骨骼肌肉25.7 身體年齡48 基礎代謝1348 BMI 24.4 還好氣酮還有0.11%
