Cherko's Journal, 31 May 18

My weightloss has become stagnent the last week since adding an exercise program but even with the plateau I have been losing cm's, which I guess is more important than a number ! although I'm looking forward to being in the double digits for the first time in 10 years ! from the age of 18 I've gradually put on weight from 75kg to my heaviest at 138kg without any changes to my diet, it became so disheartening that I resigned myself to my fate as no diet/eating plan seemed to work. two years ago I was diagnosed with PCOS , with treatment and finally understanding how my body works I've managed to lose 38kg and keep it off . still have 25 to go but already feel like i have a new lease on life. It's a slow process but worth it. small achievable 5kg goals seem to work best for me.
