經過5天飲食控制(也沒有餓到)(就是沒有亂吃零食什麼的) 好快就可以瘦了1公斤(其實一開始的體重是預估,大概那個數值) 不過假日才是考驗,因爲誘惑太多啊! 明天還有一場喜宴,要撐住啊!加油💪
