Cherko's Journal, 11 Jun 18

I know that the scale is just a tool to measure progress and that the number doesn't define us...but after a plateau of over a week and eating bigger portions over the weekend I was apprehensive climbing on the scale this morning, then found that for the first time in 10+ years I've be broken into double digits! ...even if it is by a few grams...it does represent a big mental block I've had .
