2.4 down in my 1st week...probably just water..Yesterday finally felt like I recovered from carbflu. Today however I feel terrible(weak, heart rate all over the place and NO Energy. Fluid intake check...what the hell is the problem?
76.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
