I jumped off last weekend, no excuses. Gained 3 pounds, but lost 4 since getting back on the plan and increasing my workout plan. I'm doing lots more upper body toning and 200 or 300 sit-ups instead of 100.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
