😱一早不敢相信我的眼睛😱昨晚一碗白飯、紅燒豆鼓魚、一碗麻油雞腿高麗菜湯跑去哪裡了?!😱本來今早只想量體重.不做記錄,但看到刷新的最低數字,不記錄下來怎麼可以😭老天對我太好了,太感動了😭謝天謝地🙏🙏🙏

😁~昨晚飯後狂做1小時的抬腿運動發恢作用了~開心~🎉
