Please,help...Can someone share with me their food diary for a day.....
I am having a hard time eating 20 net grams of carbs. Is it really possilbe?

I usually eat only 12 total carbs a day. Lots of good fats, lean meats,little nuts and some vegetables. I don't eat the junk stuff though.

Don't do light cream cheese - it has more carbs that real cream cheese, load up on boiled eggs, celery and brocolli with that cream cheese, Atkins shakes are filling, mozzarella cheese sticks, be creative with salads - bacon. You can do it!

Any thing with "light" in the title usually means that they have lowered the fat and increased the carbs. Feel free to take a look at my journal for ideas.
