At least I expected that water weight loss in the first period of a lifestyle change is the no 1 thing I have to deal with this week. I changed my calorie intake due to hypoglycemia and it is tough to stay within 20% carb range.
76.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
